Returns + Exchanges

  • We offer full refunds on returns - minus shipping costs - if returned within 30 days.
  • Items must be in unused, perfect condition with all the original packaging.
  • In-store exchanges are accepted on unused products within 60 days of purchase.
  • If you need to return an item for any reason, please print out your order details from your confirmation email and make a note of the reason for your return. This will allow us to issue a refund or send out a replacement upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.
  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for a return.
  • Returns of unused items are accepted within 30 days of your original invoice date and will be honored with a full refund, excluding shipping.
  • You must return and package your items in their original packaging with all materials included. 
  • If your product or board arrives not as expected or is faulty in any way, please contact us immediately at daxboardco@gmail.com, providing your order details, contact info, and an explanation and/or images of the damage.

We offer a limited two-year warranty on our Dax Board Co products that covers defects in workmanship, manufacture, and materials.

The warranty excludes the following:

  • Boards that have been damaged due to sun exposure or excessive heat
  • Previous repairs made to a board
  • Broken boards
  • Boards that are stored or handled improperly

Please note: Exposing your board to excessive heat or sun exposure can result in undesirable consequences such as distorted quality, color fade, or damage to the deck pad. Please take care to store it correctly and protect it whenever possible.
