Shipping and Deliveries Information
- Hard boards all ship for free! *
- All hard boards ship same / next day via a trucking company.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive the product within 3-10 business days and we’ll send your tracking info via email.
- Please open and fully inspect your board before accepting the order from your delivery driver to ensure no defects or damage has occurred during transit. You must be present for the delivery of your rigid paddle board.
- Hawaii shipping is $99 and is will call pickup at your island port. Home delivery can be arranged with the freight forwarder for an additional fee.
* some remote addresses will not qualify for free shipping, if this is the case a customer service representative will contact you with an updated price or give you the option to refund your order.
- All inflatable boards will be shipped within two business days of your online order via UPS Ground for free.
We ship all accessories UPS ground, shipping times vary 1-6 business days.
